Financial Policy

At our office we will process your insurance benefits for you as a courtesy. We do want you to be aware that our office is not responsible for verifying coverage with your insurance carrier. We request that you carefully read your policy to be sure you are fully aware of any restrictions that may apply to the benefits provided. Your coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company for reimbursing the cost of dental services. Please remember, you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Patients receiving any form of treatment that is processed by a dental lab must pay their balance in full by the day of the delivery appointment. Failure to do so will result in a delay in treatment.

Any remaining balances must be paid within 90 days of service. You will be charged 1 % interest per month on account balances 30 days past due.  In the case of an uncollectable account, we reserve the right to use a collection service.  Should this occur, you will also be responsible for any collection agency costs, court costs, attorney fees, or any other costs incurred from collecting the balance due on your account.

We strive to help you in any way possible. Please let us know if you have any questions and/or concerns with any of the above policy. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible.

Cancellation Policy

We consider the time set aside for your appointment to be yours alone. For this reason we never double book our schedule or accept drop-ins, except in emergencies. Consequently, when a scheduled appointment is cancelled without ample notice we are denying an appointment to a patient who may have needed that time or one who was suffering an emergency situation.

Not only are we committed to bringing you the very best professional and personal care that we can, we also place value on your time.

It is crucial to our team’s mission to do the best we can to accommodate all scheduling difficulties. Please pay us the same respect by giving us enough advanced notice when you cancel an appointment so that we can make everyone’s experience with our office the best it can be.

Thus, if you must cancel the appointment you committed to, 24 hour notice is greatly appreciated. If you are 15 minutes late, please plan to reschedule.  We understand that situations may arise that would make it impossible for you to give 24 hour notice thus each incident will be given consideration based upon your appointment history. Any failure to show for an appointment may also incur a $40.00 cancellation fee to the account of the patient or the Responsible Party.
